Terms of Use

1. Introduction

These terms govern the use of the Realtorz platform, operated by:

By registering an account or using the platform you accept these terms. Personal data handling is described in the separate Privacy Policy.

2. Account and organisation

Work happens inside an organisation (a real-estate agency). Its founder owns it, invites members and assigns roles. The organisation is responsible for the actions of its members. Do not share credentials — every member has their own account.

3. Your data and export

Data you put into the platform stays yours. We do not use it for our own commercial purposes and do not pass it to competitors.

No lock-in: you may request a full export of your organisation’s data in a machine-readable format at any time. We deliver it within 48 hours — free of charge and without conditions.

4. Acceptable use

You must not upload or distribute through the platform:

• personal data you have no legal basis to process;
• unsolicited commercial messages (spam) or bulk outreach without consent;
• third-party content or photos you have no rights to;
• content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.

Automated cold-calling and bulk mailing to contacts scraped from public listings are not supported by the platform and are not permitted.

5. Market data

The platform exposes analytics over publicly available listings (prices, trends, time on market) for the agency’s internal use. It is not a source for republishing or for taking over third-party listings, and it may not be forwarded outside the organisation.

6. AI features

The assistant produces draft texts, translations, shortlists and summaries. Drafts are input, not final output: a human confirms before anything reaches a client. You are responsible for what you send.

7. Availability and support

The platform is in pilot operation. We aim for continuous service but do not offer an SLA; maintenance and outages are possible. Support by email at info@realtorz.cz.

8. Pricing

Pilot terms and pricing are agreed individually. We announce price changes in advance; if you disagree, you may terminate and export your data under section 3.

9. Liability

The platform is a tool — business decisions are yours. We are not liable for lost profit or indirect damage. We do not limit liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, nor to any extent the law does not allow limiting.

10. Termination

You may stop using the platform at any time. On termination we let you export your data and then delete it — except data we must retain by law (notably AML records, 10 years, see the Privacy Policy).

We may restrict an account upon material breach of these terms; where the nature of the breach allows, we ask for remedy first.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic and disputes are decided by Czech courts. Changes are announced in advance; every version is dated and archived.
